Shipping and Returns

We currently ship throughout the European Union and to Switzerland, the United States, Japan and South Korea via DHL.
We are working to add new countries to our shipping destinations.

The right of withdrawal and return within 14 days applies exclusively to purchases made by private consumers (B2C). Purchases made using a business or professional VAT number (B2B) do not qualify for the right of withdrawal under European regulations.

ITALY
Cash on Delivery is available as a payment method for orders shipped within Italy only. In this case, payment is made directly to the courier upon delivery, in cash only.

UNITED KINGDOM – SWITZERLAND

  • STANDARD (5–10 business days): €20.00

UNITED STATES – ASIA

  • STANDARD (5–10 business days): €65.00

Italy and European Union (EU): Shipping for size exchanges is completely free of charge.
Non-EU countries: A shipping contribution is required and will be calculated at the time of the request.

ITALY 🇮🇹
To return an item purchased on history541.shop, the product must be sent back within 15 days of receiving the order.

INTERNATIONAL 🌍
To return an item purchased on history541.shop, the product must be sent back within 15 days of receiving the order.

Please note: customers purchasing with a VAT number are not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal.

All products come with a validity tag. For a return to be accepted, the tag must be intact and correctly attached to the product.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS
Pickup at your home or an alternative address
Contact our customer service team by phone or email to arrange a courier pickup within 24–48 hours.
Items must be:

  • in perfect condition;
  • returned in their original packaging;
  • placed inside a suitable shipping box.

History541 accepts no liability for damage, theft or loss of items returned via uninsured shipping.

LOSS OF THE RIGHT TO RETURN
The right to return is forfeited in the following cases:

  • full or partial use of the product;
  • missing original packaging;
  • missing essential components of the product;
  • damage to the product caused by anything other than shipping;
  • missing or worn validity tag.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.
History541 has no control over these charges and cannot accurately estimate them, as customs policies and import taxes vary from country to country.
